Already being hailed as ‘high fashion bagels’ by The Sunday Times Style, It’s Bagels, a collaboration between Dan Martensen (photographer and bagel connoisseur) and Jack Ponting (head baker and pastry chef for Caravan), has opened in Caravan Coffee Roasters selling proper NY-style bagels with different flavoured cream cheeses (think fried spring onion, wasabi dill, or jalapeño lime coriander). So far, so authentic. And to celebrate their recent London opening, they’re offering one Love Olympia reader a dozen bagels with 3 x ‘schmears’ (aka cream cheeses).
