Speaking of Pillar Hall, we’re thrilled to announce that the co-founder of Quaglino’s, German Gymnasium, and Bluebird will be heading up a new destination restaurant and bar at Olympia, under his new company, D3 Collective. There will also be a more casual café and grill, outdoor dining, a speakeasy, and an entertainment space – and the new design will stay true to the original. Follow us for further updates.
